I am Lisa, your happy yogi
My students say they feel recharged after practicing yoga with me. What makes my classes special? Simply being authentically myself, with the intention to inspire and create connection.
I believe when we empathize, we learn, and when we learn, we grow.
My classes blend traditional hatha yoga poses with flowing sequences, breathing exercises, and meditation to help you connect with your body, gain strength, and move with freedom.
Yoga creates magical moments in our busy lives where we can focus and finally take time for ourselves, stepping away from mental chatter. It's about looking inside, creating a space for self-discovery.
